ABOUT RODNEY TRACY

I have been teaching in a school setting since 2019 and taught as a Scout Master and Merit Badge Councilor for 18 years with the BSA. I am able to help the younger generation learn new skills and find that their passion can propel them into exciting careers. I have more than 15 years of management and leadership experience, including Facilities and Maintenance Fields, Accounting, payroll and operations. I have found that I am able to see processes and procedures and find ways to make them more efficient and save money. I have knowledge and experience in construction and repair including electrical, carpentry, dry wall, painting, cement, roofing, insulation, plumbing, flooring, and systems. I have helped others setup businesses and was able to get them the market penetration needed to grow a successful business. I have also started my own businesses and have sold them off as I like to try new things and experience a wide range of the market. I have 20+ years experience in computers and 15+ years of management experience. I have a BS in Business Information Technology Management and an MBA. I also studied accounting from an accredited College. I am also Project Management Certified from CompTIA with their CompTIA Project+ Certification. In addition I hold a Class A CDL license. I have worked in a variety of industries including Tourism and Hospitality, Property Management. Tech support, law enforcement, accounting, bookkeeping and greenhouse/agricultural. I have experience managing IT and construction projects.
