   Overall Project Manager and PMO lead for a project to create a legal entity to house legacy (run-off) policies. Project has five phases. Working closely with Legacy team and all businesses and functions within AIG to prepare for initial re-insurance transaction through to the creation of a separate Legal Entity with its own infrastructure to operate within the AIG environment •AIG Project Manager working with external consultants, Investments Chief Operating Officer and Head of Digital to implement the Incubation Business Unit (IBU). This unit will incubate disruptive initiatives in a disciplined stage-gated manner. This involves leading and working with teams across all areas of HR (new role grading, new compensation and performance plan, training and change management), Facilities (build out of facilities in a co-workers/start-up environment at AIG), Legal, and Compliance•Prepare and manage (track actuals to plan) budget for Finance Center and global re-engineering team. This requires interaction with Finance, IT and external vendors•Continuously identifying and recommending opportunities to reduce expense base
