Served as the senior subject matter expert to military grade equipment resulting in logistical management; appropriation of vehicle disposal and maintenance of fleet data allowing for vehicle readiness. Served as the visionary for strategic planning projects while implementing solutions as a collective unit. A veteran of Desert Storm, Desert Shield, Afghanistan, Operation Iraq Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom.

   Performance of these duties primarily requires the delivery of platform-based instruction and secondarily requires over the shoulder training support for common Mission Command systems and simulations workstations. Plans, coordinates, and executes individual Mission Command systems (MCS) training.• Coordinates logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms, and preparing workstations. • Assists unit leadership in planning individual training that will meet their training objectives; identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training.• Prepare Classes for training on the system IAW Army standard POIs.
