As a Field Service Engineer at Syntegon, I install, test, maintain, and repair packaging equipment and products at customer sites, ensuring complete satisfaction and quality service. I also train customers on how to operate and troubleshoot the equipment, and provide feedback and recommendations to improve the products and processes. I have a direct and significant impact on maintaining and growing our customer base and revenue. I have a strong background in electrical power production, project management, and international business. I graduated from University of Kentucky with a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration and Management, and a minor in International Business. I also graduated from Community College of the Air Force with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Electrical and Mechanical Technology. I earned my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2022, and I have applied my skills and knowledge to successfully manage and execute various civil engineering projects in the Air Force. I have also studied International Business at Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina in Brazil, where I gained valuable intercultural and language skills. I am passionate about learning new technologies, solving complex problems, and delivering excellent results.
