ABOUT RODNEY FOGG

After 35 years in the United States Army, culminating as a Major General in logistics leadership, I returned to Southwest Virginia to continue serving—this time focused on strengthening communities at home.I now serve as Vice President of Operations at EO Companies, where we align education, workforce, and economic solutions to close gaps across the region. My focus is operational excellence, financial stewardship, and building systems that enable sustainable impact in early childhood education, workforce innovation, and community development.I remain committed to the Army and the logistics profession. I serve as Regimental Colonel of the 13th Expeditionary Sustainment Command and as Honorary Colonel of the Quartermaster Corps, supporting leaders who continue to sustain our force. I remain involved in supporting the ETSU ROTC program and veteran\'s organizations.A graduate and Trustee of King University, commissioned through ROTC at East Tennessee State University, and a Session member at Sinking Spring Presbyterian Church, I am deeply invested in this region’s future.I’m interested in connecting with leaders committed to advancing Southwest Virginia and supporting those who serve.
