I have 18+ years of experience supporting, establishing and leading diverse teams across multiple engineering disciplines, products and business sectors within the military, government, Aerospace and Missile Defense. My experience spans across engineering, functional management and program management. Currently I am serving as an Engineering Manager within the SAOC program with SNC. Most recently, I was serving as Senior Systems Engineering manager within the Colorado Springs Space Sector Organization within the MDA. Prior to that I was a lead Network/Hardware Engineer for a technically challenging, major component of a survivable element of a critical strategic missile defense warning system. I have experience with program execution and management, supporting technical proposals, supplier evaluations, financial reporting and risk analysis. Throughout my career I have performed and led various engineering disciplines to ensure organizational and programmatic success. I have supported process improvement and consolidation efforts of governing engineering processes to support organizational goals. I have experience leading and building technical teams throughout the product life cycle, from concept development through product delivery and support.
