Passionate about people, driven by purpose, and experienced in building high-performing teams and unforgettable experiences—I\'ve spent the last 15+ years leading from the front across hospitality, live events, brand and guest experience. Currently the **General Manager at Flight Club Oxford**, I oversee a 50+ strong team delivering next-level guest experiences at one of the city’s most innovative rooftop venues. Part of the **Red Engine** group, Flight Club merges tech, gameplay, cocktails, and immersive design to create a social experience like no other. I joined as part of the opening team and have since helped transform the site into a profitable, high-performance operation. Previously, I served as Head of Events Division at 8Ray, where I curated live entertainment experiences for premium brands and private clients. My focus there combined operational strategy with creative execution—managing everything from artist development and logistics to sales growth and team leadership. I also helped drive initiatives such as **Equality Is Legacy**, supporting underrepresented talent through mentorship and financial backing.
