I am a project manager, specializing in the healthcare information technology industry. I have been in the healthcare IT space for over 30 years and have project managed many complex projects as well as created and developed project management methodologies for PMO\'s.Currently employed as a Sr. Project Manager at S&P Consultants, I am responsible for managing a merger/acquisition project. This project involves merging a small hospital on Meditech to the larger hospital on Cerner, Soarian and Soft.Some of my key successes in recent years include- Building a Project Management Office from the ground up that included over a dozen project guidelines and processes for better efficiencies- Executed, managed and delivered a merger/acquisition project in 97 daysWhen I am not managing projects, I enjoy spending time with my wife.
