About Rodion Y.
I am a software engineer with a proven track record for solving problems and producing value for customers. As a visual person, I always gravitated toward frontend development in my career, but I also had several projects working with the backend in my career. I don\'t shy away from jumping into new codebases or experimenting with new technologies. Before jumping into execution (writing code), I seek to understand the need of the customer by collaborating with all the stakeholders on the team. The goal is to cover all known unknowns, iterate on discussions, and get to building a product that customers want.Outside of building and experimenting with software, I enjoy volunteering. For the last six years, I have been on the board of Nova Ukraine, a non-profit that helps the people of Ukraine with humanitarian aid. As a leader in the organization, I seek to enable teams of volunteers to do their best work to help people in need. I focus on bringing technology solutions and coordinating our humanitarian efforts.
