Provide ongoing professional development and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality program delivery.Act as the primary liaison between the program and site staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Coordinate efforts to collect, track, and evaluate program data, including participant attendance, engagement, and outcomes.Develop and deliver training sessions for site staff on best practices in healthy eating and active living. Promote adopting these practices across all levels of the organization, ensuring consistency in program delivery.Participate in regular training sessions with other Health Coordinators to exchange ideas, share successful strategies, and stay informed on the latest trends in health education and community programming. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations, schools, and parent groups to enhance program reach and effectiveness. Collaborate on joint initiatives and leverage community resources to support program goals.Assist the Site Director in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the healthy eating and active living programs. Provide regular reports on program progress, challenges, and successes. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements.Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other tasks as assigned, including special projects, event planning, and representing the organization at community events and meetings.
