Led the IT team in an interim capacity, reporting to a C-level executive, during organizational expansion (growing from $21 M budget/ 60 employees to $47 M budget/ 100 employees).Manage and direct the organization’s information systems (IS) operations, ensuring the department provides efficient and effective management of data and development resources.Accomplishments: Managed relationships with vendors, including MSP (overhauled the Onboarding/Offboarding process to improve efficiency). Worked closely with help desk support team to ensure timely turn-around for all requests. Maintained secure technology environment alongside vendors to prevent threats. Managed IT purchasing (equipment, vendors, SAAS accounts) and made recommendations for and implemented modifications. Created multi-million-dollar IT budget covering upcoming fiscal year projects and hiring. Collaborated with internal teams to determine optimal solutions for technical requirements. Managed software development team and acted as lead developer of software solutions for applications, analytics, web assets, and data integrations; primarily using C#.NET, MS SQL Server, Azure, ArcGIS, Fetch XML, Power BI, Power Automate, and other tools. Served as primary development resource for main CRM database and more than two dozen related data integrations. Coded internally developed systems to fulfill both Staff and Member requirements. Led large CRM upgrade project, including working with vendors and staff to deploy upgrade and move to cloud. Included implementing effective project controls to track development, testing, regular meetings, and troubleshooting to keep release on track. Coached team to improve development skills, particularly in SQL Server, MS Dynamics, and MS Power BI. Delegated IT tasks to ensure all deliverables met.
