With over 25 years of experience in technology project management, systems development, and implementation leadership, I am a Sr. Consulting Director at Launch by NTT DATA, a global digital innovation and transformation company. I hold certifications in Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, and Agile Coaching, and I have expertise in Agile/SAFe metrics, communications management, risk analysis and management, and client/stakeholder management. My mission is to deliver value to clients by leveraging adaptive project practices, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework, and leading teams of up to 100+ staff under various contract types.
