A strategically minded Consulting Partner and transformation director with a 25 year track record of working with the C-suite and senior management to deliver some of the most complex business and functional transformations in the Insurance, Banking and Professional service sectors. I have worked extensively across the UK, Europe, Middle and Far East, US and Australasian markets. My focus is on simplifying business operations, driving performance through better use of digital technologies, optimising processes and operating models as well improving decision making through enhanced data and analytics. A natural storyteller, I\'m able to develop a compelling vision, build and empower high performing teams, whilst also bringing the programme and change disciplines necessary to deliver real value across the front, middle and back office.
