As most of us have ventured on our own self discovery journey, we have found that it is a constant process. For me with all of the various elements that may change i.e. new job, company, department, leader, etc, what I value in a fulfilling workplace has not changed. I value meaningful relationships with others and helping people to reach their full potential. I value my work and ensure that it is done to the best of my ability. I value empathy, connection, understanding and being appreciated for the time I spend. I value learning new things about functions or processes and identifying how that can be better or eliminate the waste all together.
