He helps firms re-imagine and design operations to accelerate the enterprise strategy, meet customer requirements and achieve key performance objectives. As an experienced change leader, Rodger regularly works with stakeholders across the value-chain to design, implement and sustain transformational programs. Rodger received his MBA from Boston College\'s Carroll School of Management. He has worked and studied across North America, Europe, Africa and Asia.
