I advise on the equity incentives for CEOs and other senior executives at private businesses. I enjoy the technical challenge but mostly I love that my advice can transform others\' lives.I am a Chartered Tax Advisor and Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 20 years\' experience, mostly based in the UK but I also spent two years in Australia. I lead relationships with clients who are internationally mobile with teams spread around the world. Talk to me about the taxation of management incentive plans (MIPs/MEPs), management buy-outs (MBOs), leveraged buy-outs (LBOs), including primary and secondary transactions with venture capital or private equity backing; public listings (IPOs); sales to trade; designing new share-based incentive plans; equity resets and group re-financings.
