After years of building Leading by DESIGN and training west Michigan leaders, it\'s time to make a change. Leading by DESIGN is in great hands with the folks @DISHER, with whom I\'ve collaborated for many years, and who\'ll continue to train leaders across the nation. And now I\'m excited to share with you my next venture, a podcast series based on my book, Faith and Physics Uncovered.Many of you may not know that I was a longtime agnostic, and came to faith in God later in life only after exploring 20th century physics. This journey led me to insights about how much faith it takes to NOT believe in God, and how much mystery and paradox is at the heart of the \"settled\" science.
