Founded and operate a national boutique executive search firm, focused on surfacing and recruiting exceptional talent for Heavy Civil construction firms, with a unique focus on the Water/Wastewater, Heavy Hydro infrastructure sectors, where I have specialized for nearly a decade, as well as Heavy Highway, Bridge and Structure and other Heavy Civil Construction. Over two decades in professional search/recruiting and placement. I entered the executive search field in 1995, beginning with the acquisition and operation of a specialized executive search firm franchise,(Sanford Rose Associates) in 1995. I have previously served in a variety of public and private corporations in various executive management roles.
