My objective is clear - To effectively develop and manage brands as assets so they can make a positive contribution to business success and inspire stakeholders. Over many years and continents, I have contributed to building business for clients through brand management, strategic planning, creative thinking and concept development. This range of experience gives me a unique ability to know how to effectively create and implement strategies. Brand strategy development and implementation direction has been my singular focus for more than a decade. I am involved in discovery, research, position development, portfolio structure analysis and prescription, creative platforms, on-going guidance and evaluation. My aim is to demystify branding with a pragmatic approach. This step-by-step approach with its clear objectives and outcomes has helped many clients throughout the world. It helps them to manage their brand as an asset that makes valuable contributions to their business. Originally from Pennsylvania, Rodger attended the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in liberal arts from Nazareth College in Michigan. Rodger also attended Western Michigan University where he earned his Master of Arts (MA) degree in organizational communication. Combining this education with his wealth of experience, Rodger develops effective strategies to contribute to the growth and success of brands.
