I’m a technology leader and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience designing, building, and managing enterprise infrastructure across education, corporate, and startup environments.As Director of Technology Services at Trevecca Nazarene University, I oversee all systems and networking across campus—leading initiatives to modernize infrastructure, enhance cybersecurity, and align technology with institutional goals. My work focuses on reliability, scalability, and digital transformation that empowers both faculty and students.Beyond higher education, I’m the Founder and President of xCar Fleet LLC, the company behind MWorld—a digital ecosystem created for vehicle owners, collectors, and enthusiasts. MWorld brings together digital garages, marketplaces, and community engagement tools that blend technology, passion, and social connection in one platform.Previously, I served as Head of IT at FusionSite Services, where I built the company’s IT department from the ground up—developing governance frameworks, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Azure services, and integrating IT, fleet management, and safety into a unified support operation. I also held the role of Platform Services Manager at The General (American Family Insurance), leading engineering teams responsible for customer-facing application infrastructure.Whether in education, enterprise, or entrepreneurship, my mission remains the same: to design systems and experiences that connect people, improve performance, and stand the test of time.
