As the President of Transpacific Realty Advisors, Rod Fram is committed to developing long-term relationships with his clients and to building a culture that is caring, proactive, authentic and accountable. After a successful 18 year career with a global real estate company, Rod opted to purchase Transpacific Realty Advisors, a Vancouver property management company, 8 years ago. With this career shift, Rod was interested in satisfying his own need to provide an authentic, honest service to his clients on a more personal level. He wanted to be fully engaged in every situation. Rod likes to say he can offer \'practical solutions for practical problems\', but when a situation calls for it, he can also be insightful and innovative. He delivers the same level of sophistication to his clients, private investors and individuals, now as he did in his past global real estate positions. Rod also applies the best practices and programs he has learned along the way; offering relevant services and advice, while leaving the irrelevant and, sometimes, most costly bits behind. Transpacific Realty Advisors strive, each day, to make the complicated issues in property management, navigable. The bottom line is that property management is about offering \'peace of mind\' to clients by looking after anything and everything that has to do with their property. Whether the client is next door or half way around the world, they should feel that their investment is always in good hands.
