If there\'s one word that defines Rod, it\'s Collaboration.As he transitions toward retirement, Rod is co-creating and curating a body of work focused on Boundary Management within the Coaching profession — a topic close to his heart.Rod has specialised in Group Dynamics and related disciplines for over fifteen years, consistently translating theory into practical, actionable interventions. His work has empowered Facilitators, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and others to uncover and work with the often-hidden dynamics of group behaviour.Now, his focus shifts toward shaping the evolving conversation around Boundary Management in coaching — an area he believes is critical to the profession’s integrity and effectiveness.Rod continues facilitating the Emerging Leaders Programme at the Windsor Leadership Trust, where he is recognised for his collaborative approach and emphasis on mindset development. His facilitation style integrates design thinking, continuous improvement, group dynamics, and personal development to create transformational learning experiences.He was a Director and Co-founder of Assentire Ltd, and the subject matter expert behind the Accelerating Collaboration Everywhere® Facilitation product. Following a business restructure in summer 2025, Rod continues his work through Assentire Coaching and Development — his new home for cultivating impact in the business world.
