Executive Manager with extensive experience in wireless telecommunication industry, designing, implementing and operating carrier networks.My strengths are in Strategic Planning, Leadership, Network Evolution and Team Building.With over 20 years in the industry I\'ve been a part of the evolution from the first generation networks providing voice services to the modern 4G LTE data networks, the evolution of 5G networks and private LTE networks. I\'ve overseen the design and deployment of CDMA, EVDO, LTE and VoLTE networks. From a RAN perspective that involved site densification with small cells or In Building solutions and antenna optimization. On the Core side this involved the migration from electrical to fiber optical backhaul and the implementation of ATM and MPLS networks. In the most recent years I\'ve focused on indoor connectivity solutions from DAS to distributed radio systems, wi-fi, Multefire and OnGo solutions.
