Develop optimization roll out plan for 29 ambulatory practices which are currently PCMH certified or seeking certification •Ensure practices are working as efficiently as possible to prepare for PCMH and other future incentive programs•Analyze current state of utilization and Access pain points•Review role based job functionality to assess, design, train, and implement new workflows•Configure and customize discoveries to enhance overall usage, ie workflow configurations, Orders configurations, Results configurations, system defaults, and Incorporate Quality Metrics•Build training plans, design job aids, and conduct training•Implement new processes and enhancements•Improve patient visit duration•Design custom client governance plan•Create 90-day review and “refresher” training
