I serve as CEO, President, Board Member, and an Owner of Qualis LLC, a purpose-driven small business that delivers critical technology, engineering, cybersecurity, and strategic advisory services to the Department of Defense, NASA, and the Intelligence Community.With more than 40 years of leadership experience in the high-tech and national security sectors, I am deeply committed to advancing innovation that supports our warfighters, protects national security, and strengthens space system capabilities.At Qualis, I report to the Board of Directors and Chairman, leading company-wide strategy, policies, programs, and execution of daily operations. I work across all functions to drive innovation, ensure mission success, and deliver value to our customers, community, and country. I also lead our M&A activities. In this role, he provides strategic guidance to the Board and the Qualis executive leadership team on growth, capital deployment, mergers and acquisitions, and long-term positioning.Previously, Mr. Duke served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Qualis, where he led the company through significant expansion, infrastructure modernization, and four strategic acquisitions that strengthened capabilities in RF engineering, radar systems, modeling & simulation, and advanced software solutions.With more than 40 years of experience supporting defense, intelligence, space, and NATO missions, Mr. Duke continues to advise on complex acquisition life-cycle programs, integrated missile defense initiatives, and space domain awareness efforts.
