Direct end-to-end processes involved in facilitating the completion of trauma-informed certification for organizations. Correspond with executive leaders to aid in the development of strategies with integrated trauma-informed principles, reduce compassion fatigue, and eliminate toxic stress. Oversee a team of trainers and coaches while serving as a primary instructor to ensure suitable process delivery and learning module progress. Supervise functions included in program implementation such as process optimization, coaching schedule development, personnel authorization, task delegation, and problem resolution. Coordinate with clients to understand organizational needs, address any concerns and queries, formulate statement of work, and support leadership in execution of changes. Leverage analytical mindset and extensive knowledge to develop and incorporate the process, create and refine research-based curriculum, and design a series of learning and coaching modules. Establish and foster strong partnerships with program managers across the United Kingdom, India, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Peru, direct training and mentoring in line with proven best practices. Deployed expertise in trauma-informed training and coaching to deliver high impact across numerous organizations including Molina Healthcare of Arizona, LDG Development, United Way, City of Phoenix-Headstart Birth-5, Gila River Nation, Salt River Pima Maricopa Nation, Coconino County Juvenile Justice System, Arizona Governor’s Office of Youth, Faith, and Family, and Flagstaff United School District.
