Most of my experience sits at the intersection of technical problem-solving, customer communication, and execution—especially in environments where things aren’t clearly defined and you’re expected to figure it out.I’m drawn to Solutions Engineering and Customer Success because they reward clear thinking, adaptability, and the ability to translate technical details into outcomes customers actually care about. I pick up new tools and platforms quickly, recognize patterns across workflows and use cases, and break down complex or ambiguous issues into clear, actionable next steps.I’ve spent much of my career wearing multiple hats—supporting users, troubleshooting issues, improving processes, and working cross-functionally to keep things moving. That experience has sharpened my ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, stay calm under pressure, and build trust through consistency and follow-through.My path hasn’t been linear, but it’s made me reliable, resourceful, and accountable. I take ownership of problems, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and focus on execution—not just ideas.
