He has served as the master of ceremonies atseveral high-profile events including the Harry Jerome Awards, Harbourfront’s ‘Island Soul’, the Building Diversity Awards and the Community Healing Network Awards.Roderick is a highly sought-after speaker, trainer, engagement specialist andinnovative social strategist.Roderick has written and produced urban music since the 1980’s.
