I am passionate about business, and getting the customer/patient to the end result that they desire. I believe that by providing the best customer service experience and top of the line product that in turn gives a business the best chance at succeeding long-term, being profitable, and attracting more raging fans. I always see the experience my team and myself provides through the eyes of the consumer, and want to make sure that I would be spending my money at my business. My clinical dental background has afforded me another view from the patient experience as that time allowed me to find a level of compassion and understanding from the customer/patient. In business we are aware that the patient wants to just be heard and understood, my experience has allowed me to find that common ground between patient needs and the needs of the business. I thrive on goal setting, and meeting and surpassing those goals. I believe that without focus and a target objective that that the best laid intentions will fail. Each day starts with a checklist and I make it my intention to make sure that checklist is finished to the best of my ability.
