Process web-based orders that come through website• Assist customers in creating an online account for easy ordering, proof approval, and communication.• Use back-end website to create job tickets, update job status, update printing/bindery/production notes/shipping descriptions, place re-orders, send electronic proofs.• Check incoming email and respond in a timely manner.• Assist in answering phone calls• Press-check customer-supplied digital files for color, layout, bleed, margins, and any other concerns that may occur during print production.• Utilize Adobe Illustrator/Indesign/Photoshop/Acrobat for creating, editing and fixing files (add bleed/trim marks, convert RGB to CMYK, convert Pantone to Process colors, etc) for proper print production• Assist walk-in customers and their needs• Quote print projects and provide solutions• Schedule and manage outsourced printing and bindery if needed• Help with digital print production/large format/bindery if needed• Inspect proofs prior to printing• Process email orders in a timely manner• Provide graphic design services to customers• Experience with OnPrintShop and creation of PDF Block Templates• Assist in checking paper stock prior to printing and order paper for job if necessary• Maintain customer files and archive
