At HSO, I lead Power Platform solution design and development across large-scale Dynamics 365 Field Service and Customer Engagement implementations. My focus is on building robust, reusable Power Apps components, Dataverse architectures, and AI-augmented automation that bridge business processes between CE, F&O, and custom React apps. I specialise in turning low-code craftsmanship into scalable IP — accelerators, component libraries, and Copilot extensions that shorten delivery time and improve governance across enterprise environments.Previously at Capgemini Invent, I worked with clients in Energy, Utilities, and Consumer Goods sectors to design AI-enabled, data-driven solutions on Microsoft Azure and Power Platform. I led multi-market rollouts automating order management and logistics, where Copilot and Power BI were used to generate predictive insights, reducing manual planning cycles and driving efficiency gains across supply chains. My work also spanned Power Platform governance for Heathrow and regulatory automation in the energy sector, delivering measurable performance, compliance, and quality improvements.My mission is to push the boundary of what’s possible with Power Platform and AI — combining Dataverse engineering, design-system discipline, and Copilot innovation to create intelligent, reusable low-code frameworks that scale. Outside of consulting, I lead New Leaf Digital CIC, a community initiative helping newcomers to the UK build careers in Power Platform and AI.
