I provide fractional or outside/outsourced general counsel and head of legal services to startups, early-stage, and mid-size businesses that don’t have a full-time legal team. For clients that have an existing in-house legal team, I serve in a supportive and supplemental role, assisting with over-flow or project-based legal needs that many high-growth companies experience as they expand and scale their business. As an attorney and entrepreneur and I want to focus on helping dynamic business leaders grow their companies. All startups and emerging businesses have legal needs, but it’s difficult for highly motivated business owners to devote the necessary time and energy into identifying and filling those needs in a timely manner. Businesses can call on me to serve as a strategic business partner, to either directly provide the necessary legal services, or help find and manage (in an efficient manner) other more specialized legal service providers.
