Our organization continues to experience and navigate change at an increasingly high pace with remarkable success. When I reflect on our success as an organization and the impact my team has made in this work, it is nothing short of amazing. I am certain that more than ever, the key contributor to our success (including financial performance) has been and continues to be our cultural transformation. I continue to look for ways to get better at sharpening our approach and improving experiences for our customers and associates. Understanding the impact of change on individuals, teams and the greater organization has been and will continue to be crucial to our success. While this work is complex and broad in scope, just a few highlights include:• Partnered to create the vision and strategy for our cultural transformation journey.• Developed multiple interactive change tools and conversations that annually impact over associates. This work includes design, development, prototype testing, refinement and production.• Designed and continue to be the owner of our organizational intranet web page that is primarily focused on change and culture.• Serve as the Change Management leader for multiple, large scale transformative streams of work including the remodel and update of over retail stores, the accelerated development of our eCommerce business and continuous enhancements on how we onboard, train and retain new associates inside of our organization.• Serve as the liaison for a group of internal subject matter experts (Councils) to ensure that all critical changes that impact our retail stores are thoroughly tested and ultimately given the status of “Council Approved” before implementation and execution.• Designed and implemented to process and cadence for measuring the effectiveness of all change and culture focused initiatives, all in service of continuous improvement of our approach and ultimately our results.
