Rod has deep experience as a C-Suite Executive responsible for sales, marketing, and operations of several national insurance carriers and healthcare companies. He has created and developed numerous innovative insurance products and healthcare benefits, built and managed high performing sales teams, restructured home office operations, and created strategic distribution partnerships. Rod received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Westminster College (PA) and after entering the insurance business 40 years ago, still holds a life and health producers license.
