Assists BP sales team and internal sales team with benefit intent clarification and renewal/benefit documentation consistency primarily related to the Blue Cross Alternative Health Plan powered by Coupe Health product.Key Responsibilities:• Serves as Blue Cross Alternative Health Plan powered by Coupe Health SME, leading transformation initiatives across partner plans.• Drives operational excellence by managing cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external partners, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.• Translates complex benefit structures into clear, actionable documentation for internal sales and leadership teams.• Completes implementation tasks for onboarding new partner plans and new product offerings, to meet initiative requirements.• Assists the partner health plan’s and BCBSAL’s internal sales teams by clarifying benefit intents for clients\' initial implementation and ensuring consistency throughout the renewal process.• Develops and communicates tailored implementation strategies, aligning with organizational goals and transformation roadmaps.• Conducts process improvement sessions with internal operational areas to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.• Supports strategic decision making through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.• Consults with operational areas for plan-specific implementation of change request items, state man-dates and yearly initiatives for the BP.• Crafts executive-level messaging to communicate transformation progress and outcomes.
