   Seattle Funding Group is celebrating its 32nd year, and remains one of the west coast’s most active, fund-based private money lending firms. We provide short-term transitional loans, and we specialize in construction lending, commercial and residential (non-owner occupied), for both ground-up and construction completion. SFG also provides loans to acquire and re-position quality commercial properties and broken projects. We can accommodate non-consumer residential, including spec in-fill product.We portfolio and retain all of our loans and are priced between long-term traditional lenders and hard money. Closing generally takes 1-3 weeks, and can be coordinated through either our Bellevue HQ, our CA branch in San Diego or our AZ branch in Scottsdale, depending upon property location.
