As a Canadian woman of Djiboutian descent, I have made it my life mission to advocate for the underrepresented and underprivileged. My mission is to be a change agent advocating today for a better tomorrow. I currently serve as the Secretary General of the Canadian Commission for UNESCO. I am a trusted community leader with a keen interest in people and humanity. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of people from various economic, social, and cultural backgrounds. As a result, I have a great understanding of the geographic and community needs faced by Canadians. As a global leader with a remarkably profitable record of strategically growing and advancing charitable missions, I have been able to implement several programs and projects to bolster cultural diversity and promote access to economic opportunities for young visible minority Francophones.My passion for community service is seen in the various boards I have served on, which has resulted in a greater awareness of cross-cultural experiences and their potential impacts on people\'s decision-making. I am respected for demonstrating good judgement, strategic recommendations to boards, and outstanding communications enhanced by fluency in English and French.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated that I am an open-minded, objective, and impartial person with sound analytical and decision-making skills. “Believe in you!
