As a recent graduate with dual degrees in Business Administration - Finance and General Management from the University of Oklahoma, I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to drive financial excellence in the corporate world. I have a strong passion for data analysis, problem solving, and customer service, which I have demonstrated in my previous professional experiences.My most recent experience consist of; working as an assistant general manager for Adair Concepts, in which I led a group of 30 employees to actively engage and perfect their craft of customer service - while also perfecting food costs and liquor beer & wine sales; working as an Inventory Logistics Manager at Amazon, where I led 87 associates to process over 30k units of inventory with minimal errors and safety issues; working as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Paycom, where I collaborated with technical software developers to ensure the efficiency and quality of the Paycom application and website also thrived in a highly cross-functional team of QA professionals.I am actively seeking a position within the restaurant industry as either a General Manager or Assistant General Manager. With my current experience and ability to work cross functionally with any team; I think I\'d be able to help guide and assist any organization to drive customer satisfaction and grow top line sales.
