I provide project accounting, lease and fixed asset leadership across our business units. My expertise spans financial systems, data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and problem-solving, with a strong focus on leveraging technology and automation to enhance financial operations.Throughout my career, I have developed a diverse skill set, with experience in auditing, day-to-day accounting operations, project accounting, consulting, financial system implementation, and support. My work has included building data models for billing and collections analysis, developing Power BI visualizations used by leadership, and optimizing reporting processes with Power Automate and Alteryx. I have also contributed to ERP implementations and supported Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance initiatives across multiple organizations.My leadership style reflects a deep resolve to deliver solutions while maintaining a calm and strategic approach in high-pressure environments. I take a hands-on approach, understanding the details behind the numbers to better support, train, and develop my team.Providing excellent service, sustaining strong relationships with business partners and team members, and fostering a diverse and inclusive environment are my priorities.
