Being a professional brewer, my background is naturally Law Enforcement. Wait, what? Yes, after 23 years in the Federal Gov\'t wearing a badge, I switched gears to follow another passion and acquired a Diploma in Brewing Technology from the Siebel Institute of Technology/World Brewing Academy in Chicago, IL and Munich, Bavaria. I 2012 I co-founded Brimstone Brewing Company in Ridgeway, ON, Canada. A proud Maritimer by birth, I have resided north, south, east and west within this great country of Canada, and currently call home the diverse city of Mississauga.
