I’m a healthcare regulatory attorney with 10 years of in-house legal leadership experience supporting physician groups and MSOs in high-growth environments.I’ve spent my career embedded in the operational realities of healthcare, working directly with physician owners, executives, and operators on the issues that determine whether an organization can scale safely: hospital relationships, referral-sensitive arrangements, physician alignment, contracting strategy, and enterprise risk.My approach is pragmatic and business-forward.
