I operate PrivateLenderLink.com, where real estate investors and brokers find direct private lending companies (aka hard money lenders or bridge lenders). Without registering or paying any fees, anyone in the public can search for direct lenders, view their detailed profiles, and contact them by directly. The lenders on our platform offer alternative, non-conventional financing secured by investment real estate throughout the United States, ranging from $75K to $25MM. The lenders on our platform offer various types of private loans - acquisition, refinance, equity cash out, bridge, rehab fix & flip, value add, ground-up construction, DSCR long-term rental and others. Lenders pay us a monthly fee to be listed. Each lender\'s profile includes a lot of details about their lending guidelines which you won\'t find anywhere else. You can choose which lenders to contact, or you can use our loan request system to request recommendations. Simply fill out a form with some information about the deal for us to review, and we\'ll invite up to 4 lenders to look at it.Private Lender Link, Inc, DBA Lender Link, is a small bootstrapped company. I built the first version of the site myself in 2010 after finding that there was no good resource online for people to find reputable private lenders. I built the 2nd version of the site in 2016. In June 2018, version 3.0 launched and transformed the site from a simple directory to a robust platform.I am licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, Broker Lic.
