Currently holds a Top-Secret clearance and in my role as a Human Resources Technician at the US Army, I manage HR functions for various units, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. I conducted training sessions on multiple HR functional areas, resulting in increased awareness among personnel. Additionally, I developed and implemented recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization. Those assignments listed, highlight my last decade in the US Army. Upon my retirement in July 2025, my total Army service will culminate with over 25 years of honorable service. This will include various units and a total of 7 deployments in support of various operations. My highest decoration is being presented the Purple Heart for injuries sustain from enemy forces.
