I have been in Manufacturing for 16 years, all in the QC department. I started at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama in 2005 as an inspector for final product. I have been promoted to Team Lead and Group Lead while at HMMA. While as a Group Lead I traveled to South Korea for build trips for our new model launches. In 2018 I joined Team Relations wanting to grow more and develop better relationships with Team Members. In Team Relations we provide an avenue for communication between Management and Team Members and guide them through policies. We also conduct EEO investigations.
