ABOUT LEUNG
I’m a UX Research Lead who is passionate about helping my product teams improve our product strategy and design, by hearing directly from our customers and acting on curated qualitative and quantitative user insights. Partnering with product managers and designers, I strategically identify research needed for our fast-paced and dynamic product innovation initiatives. I also collaborate with UX colleagues and team leads across the organization to apply UX best practices to transform our product development culture. Leveraging my engineering background, I iteratively develop repeatable and impactful research processes, as well as operationalize common tasks. Using a growth mindset, I actively coach the UX researchers on my team and organize local UX events to help others grow professionally. Fun fact: I have hired and mentored nearly 20 UXR co-op students.
