Over 35 years of experience in the office equipment industry, ranging in duties from Technician, to Chief Wizard and Detective, to Service Manager, and all duties in between. My responsibilities include the management of the service department personnel that services Southern California, covering all of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. I am constantly monitoring and improving the processes that effect the overall efficiency, productivity and the profitability level of the technical staff, while striving to improve customer satisfaction in every way. To motivate and support our technical staff as well as recruit, interview, and hire the necessary talents that are needed in order to improve the overall efficiency of our business, constantly improving customer satisfaction and driving sales to achieve repeat business and referrals.
