   I work on two subcontracts. One for the United States Postal Service as a Business Analyst and Tech Writer to provide support for their ongoing biometrics effort. The other is for an R&D effort for the US Army. I also support Stratagen corporate in several areas. As a Proposal Manager, I search for new opportunities of work and if the opportunity is approved by Stratagen management, I oversee the bid from compliance matrix creation to bid delivery. As a Quality Manager, I orchestrated the successful application and final certification of Stratagen\'s Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2015 and continue to ensure Stratagen\'s compliance with quality standards. I also researched and guided Stratagen to a successful Level 1 CMMC Assessment.
