ABOUT ROCIO NEIRA
I am a Systems Engineer and PMP with more than 20 years of experience working with technology, processes, and organizational transformation.Throughout my career I have participated in the development of systems and technology initiatives for large organizations across different industries. This experience allowed me to understand how organizations function from both a strategic and operational perspective, and how people ultimately determine whether systems, processes, and strategies succeed.This realization led me to found Net Coaching, a platform focused on leadership, employability, and personal development. Through Net Coaching, I work with universities and organizations in Peru designing and delivering programs that help students and professionals strengthen skills such as leadership, communication, teamwork, and professional mindset.My professional path combines systems thinking, project management, and coaching methodologies, allowing me to approach challenges from both the analytical and human sides of organizations.I strongly believe that people often operate far below their true potential. In many cases, it is not lack of ability that limits us, but the beliefs and perspectives through which we interpret our possibilities.
