About Rochelle W.
Rochelle White is a Business Owner, Filmmaker, Teacher, and Multidisciplinary Artist. She has a BA in Behavioral Health and a M.B.A in Business Administration. She uses entrepreneurship, story-telling, art, and fitness to help people better their lives and open their minds and hearts through her companies Mindz Productions, Paint Juicy Apparel, & ExhilaFit®. She promotes wellness and health in schools, workplaces, and creative fields. As a yoga instructor and business owner of ExhilaFit®, Rochelle has over 11 years of experience planning and implementing fitness, meditation, and wellness programs. She fosters relationships between experienced teachers, diverse organizations, and community stakeholders. She actively promotes wellness by incorporating her ExhilaFit® Multi-Aspect Mindfulness Meditation M.A.P. Curriculum, and fitness workshops into schools, worksites, and community centers. She has directed and produced several mindful animation films, social justice documentary’s-two of which are streaming on Kanopy, and video’s for SCORE and NYC SBS. She has exhibited her paintings at the Museum of the City of New York, Mayor’s Office ENDGBV in partnership with Escape Artist in 2018 and 2019, New York Responds Exhibit December 2020-May 2021, the National Liberty Museum in Philadelphia November 2021, The Art of Femme 2023, and is currently exhibiting “For Justice” at Endless Life Brewery in Brooklyn.
