I am honored to serve as Program Manager for the Full-Time Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MS HRM) program at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. With over 24 years in higher education (14 of them at Texas A&M) I bring deep experience and a student-centered approach to every role I’ve held.My career has been driven by a passion for building meaningful relationships and empowering students to achieve both academic excellence and personal growth. As a natural empath and dedicated advocate, I thrive on guiding individuals through their educational and professional journeys.In my current role, I lead recruiting and admissions for the Full Time MS HRM program in College Station, TX. Leveraging my strengths as a Restorative and Achiever, I continuously refine processes and drive outcomes that elevate both our students and the program.Previously, I served as an academic advisor in the Department of Economics, where my commitment to student success was evident in every interaction. My diverse background, including supporting students with disabilities at Pepperdine University and Tarrant County College, has shaped my holistic approach to student support and advocacy.Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am deeply engaged in campus and community initiatives. I proudly serve as the Texas A&M campus advisor for Alpha Delta Pi sorority, staff advisor for the Texas A&M Chapter of SHRM, teach a first-year seminar course, and volunteer with the Central Texas Ronald McDonald House. These roles reflect my belief in the power of community and connection to drive positive change.My contributions have been recognized with honors such as the Texas A&M International Programs Star Staff Award and the College of Liberal Arts Superior Service (CLASS) Award, acknowledgments of my unwavering dedication to excellence and student success.As a proud first-generation college graduate, I hold a BA in Speech Communication with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University. My own journey fuels my passion for supporting others in their pursuit of education and opportunity.
